Owner and Executive Chef Fonzi Chavez was born and raised in San Francisco, California. His parents owned restaurants and bars throughout the Mission District in San Francisco. Every district in the city has it’s own flare with diverse culture, flavor, and beauty. The Mission District is known as the Latino Melting Pot of San Francisco. As a young man growing up in this big city, Chef Fonzi always knew that he would use the flavors that he loved from dishes all over the world to create his own restaurant menu. Over the years Chef Fonzi has owned and assisted in restaurant start ups and has extensive experience in developing diverse restaurant menus.
